Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dasyatis Studio ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the KadroKur mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use KadroKur. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You may not create multiple accounts, share your account, or transfer it to another person.
• You must provide accurate information. Choosing a username that impersonates another person, brand, or public figure is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

3. The Service

KadroKur is a tactical fantasy football game. You build lineups before real-world matches, and you score points based on how the real match unfolds. The Service includes competitions, leaderboards, rooms, chat, weekly challenges, and badges.

Football data (teams, players, fixtures, events) is provided by third parties and can contain errors or delays. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the data accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or available at all times. Scoring may be corrected after the fact if the underlying data is corrected.

4. Acceptable Use

While using the Service, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools, scripts, or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without written permission.
• Post content in rooms or chat that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Impersonate another person, spam, or send unsolicited promotional content.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases we may also report violations to the relevant authorities.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the messages, usernames, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and you represent that it does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

6. Season Ticket and In-App Purchases

KadroKur offers optional in-app purchases, such as the Season Ticket, that unlock additional features (for example, creating private rooms or exclusive badges). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Season Tickets are one-time purchases valid for the current active season. They do not auto-renew.
• All sales are final, subject to your statutory rights and Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store transactions.
• Features unlocked by a purchase may change over time as the Service evolves.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and other content we create, is owned by Dasyatis Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Team crests, player names, league names, and related marks belong to their respective owners. KadroKur is an independent fantasy game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league, or any club.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, API-Football, and Amazon Web Services. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if doing so is required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on User Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dasyatis Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dasyatis Studio and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service at any time, including adding, removing, or changing features. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
